  • 1 cup Clean Crumbs All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 Tbsp oil of choice

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.

  2. IN a large bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, and All-Purpose Baking Mix. Stir until a shaggy dough forms and most of the dry ingredients are incorporated.

  3. TRANSFER the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–4 minutes, or until smooth. Shape the dough into a ball.

  4. ROLL the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Transfer it to the prepared pizza pan or baking sheet.

  5. TOP with pizza sauce, cheese, and any desired toppings.

  6. BAKE for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden around the edges and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. FOR a crispier crust: Pre-bake the crust for 8–10 minutes before adding toppings, then continue baking until the pizza is fully cooked.

  8. TO reheat: Warm leftover pizza in a 375°F oven for 5–7 minutes, or until heated through.
